To qualify for a refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must have been returned within the allowed return period and received by our facility.
  • The return must have been approved by our customer support team prior to shipment.

If any of these conditions are not met, the refund may be denied or partially approved depending on the condition of the returned product.

Non-Refundable Situations

Fashion Flar will not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product shows signs of wear, use, or physical damage after delivery.
  • The product is returned without prior approval from our support team.
  • The product is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • The return is shipped after the allowed return window.
  • The return package is lost or damaged due to improper packaging or shipping methods chosen by the customer.
  • The product is non-returnable under our Return Policy.

Please note that shipping charges ($16 flat fee) are non-refundable, as this cost covers the carrier and packaging services already provided.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. The inspection process typically takes 3 business days after the returned item is received at our facility.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. The amount refunded will exclude any shipping or handling fees, unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

Refund Timeline

After approval, refund usually takes 5 days days for the amount to reflect in your account. Total refund time is 8 Days.
Delays may occur due to your bank’s internal processing time, weekends, or public holidays. 

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. This means if you paid using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal, your refund will be credited back through the same channel.
We do not issue refunds via alternative methods, gift cards, or store credits at this time.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if:

The returned item shows minor signs of use or missing accessories.

The customer has incurred additional handling fees due to return shipping errors.

The decision for a partial refund will be made at the discretion of Fashion Flar after careful review of the returned product.

Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately during business hours. Once the order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting photos for verification.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund, including the cost of the product and the initial shipping charge (if applicable). Customers may still be responsible for return shipping depending on the case, but we always aim to resolve such situations fairly and quickly.

Refunds for Lost Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier and cannot be recovered, Fashion Flar will issue a full refund for the affected items after verifying the claim with the carrier. This process may take a few days as we work with the shipping company to confirm the loss.
