Shipping Coverage
Fashion Flar currently ships orders within the United States. All orders are processed and delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Please make sure the address details are accurate and complete, as incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or delivery failures. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.
Shipping Cost
A flat shipping fee of $16 is applied to every order, regardless of size or weight. This amount covers the cost of packaging, carrier charges, and safe handling of your items. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout. We do not charge any sales tax on orders.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
Orders placed during our business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, GMT-05:00) are processed on the same business day if payment is confirmed before closing time.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we prepare your order for shipment, perform quality checks, and coordinate with our logistics partners.
Transit and Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Combining our handling and transit times, the total estimated delivery time is between 4 and 9 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these are estimated timelines, and occasional delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Fashion Flar is not responsible for delays once the order is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package as it moves through the delivery network until it reaches your doorstep. Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Packaging and Handling
We take great care to ensure that your order is properly packed and protected. All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. We use secure packaging materials to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for several days or your order appears lost, please contact our support team. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and help you find a solution.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
Fashion Flar is not liable for packages delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time, Fashion Flar only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If we expand to new regions in the future, updated details will be posted here in this policy.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, our team will contact you to discuss next steps. Returned orders will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, as it covers the service already provided by the carrier.

Responsibility After Delivery
Once the package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Fashion Flar is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery. If your order is missing despite being marked as delivered, please contact your local carrier or delivery service first to confirm the delivery details.
